A mother and her two children were struck by a vehicle they were walking through a Best Buy parking lot. The crossing accident one of the children dead.
Crossing Accident
The 47 year-old mother, her 8-year old child, and her 3-year-old child were crossing the street directly in front of the Best Buy store when a driver, an elderly woman, struck all three of them. All three victims sustained serious injuries and were transported to Flagstaff Medical Center. The 3-year-old died at the hospital.
According to the Flagstaff Police Department, the elderly female driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
Charges
No charges have been brought against the driver, though the accident is still under investigation.
