Joe's Law

Phoenix Horizon High School graduate Joseph Smith’s are lobbying for a new bill in the Senate. The bill, titled “Joe’s Law,” would require that a driver be tested for drugs or alcohol after causing a traffic accident resulting in death or serious physical injury.
