Since the app Pokémon Go launched last week it has surpassed Twitter’s 65 million American users. The app takes to the streets and users are able to compete to capture, train, and battle Pokémon characters all through their mobile phones.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recently recalled about 500,000 self-balancing Hoverboards due to fire hazards that cause injury. Hoverboards Recalled According to a statement released by the CPSC, at least 99 incidents have occurred in which the scooters’ lithium-ion battery packs have overheated, causing sparking, smoking, fire and/or explosions of the Hoverboards.
Eight Ivy League schools have ruled to ban all full-contact hitting from practice sessions during the regular season. This would be an update to rules already banning tackling during spring and pre-season practices.
